01. Milling Company

We supported a milling and manufacturing company operating within the agriculture and agribusiness value chain. Our work included helping them actualise their business plan and secure an investment licence, while supporting their broader investment and operational readiness. The company works with smallholder farmers in Kafue and operates a milling facility. Following the work, their processing capacity increased from approximately 70 metric tonnes per day to 120 metric tonnes per day.

02. 200MW Solar PV Project – Copperbelt

We assisted a local investor developing a proposed 200MW solar PV project on the Copperbelt. Our work covered feasibility assessment, project readiness, investment readiness and project structuring. We helped take the project to a stage where the investor was ready to engage an EPC partner and commence the process of securing project financing.

03. 170MW Solar PV Projects – Southern Province

We worked with a company developing two solar PV projects with a combined capacity of approximately 170MW in Southern Province. We supported the establishment of their local operations and prepared the documentation required to operationalise the projects. Our engagement covered compliance monitoring, organisational structuring, due diligence and general investment-readiness support.

04. Local Bank – Strategic Review & Restructuring

We worked with a local bank to undertake a review of its strategic plan, identifying key areas where the institution could improve efficiency, operational performance and income generation. Based on the findings, we developed actionable recommendations and subsequently supported preparations for a broader business restructuring exercise aimed at improving the institution’s performance and revenue-generating capacity.
