Ephraim has successfully managed credit portfolio’s in excess of US$ 20 million. Prior to founding OrangeGrey, Ephraim held different senior roles including Chief Credit Officer at multiple financial institutions in Zambia.
Decent Chisamu is an accomplished finance professional and holds a Masters Degree in Development Finance. With more than 20 years experience working with the largest institutional investors in Africa including DBSA and TDB, Decent has led project finance, appraisals and investment structuring initiatives for high impact projects across continent with a combined value in excess of US$ 200 million.
